A. Yes! Our company is determined to provide a “custom” home for you even if you consider using an “off the shelf” plan. No two families are alike; your home should be as individual as you are.

Q. Do you have plans to choose from?
A. Yes, we have many plans to choose from. We have 100+ years of combined experience in design and have gathered many different styles of plans throughout the years for you to pick from.

Q. What if I only need the house plans?
A. We make every effort to provide the entire process. However, we admit that is not always possible. Our team does offer plans for sale through a division called Roofline Designs. We offer the same attention to detail in homes we don’t build as those we do.

Q. What if I don’t already own property?
A. Because of our diverse and complete process approach, our staff can assist you in finding property for your dream home as well as making sure your dream home will fit the property before you buy.

Q. Do you have a “specialty”?
A. We feel our flexibility and willingness to help you solve your building requirements, along with finding the right style to suit your tastes to be our “specialty.” We listen to your wants and desires and help blend them into a home that will fit your budget. Above all, we want your experience in building a custom home to be one you are comfortable with and we hope you’ll become a part of our ever-growing “extended family” of homeowners.

Q. What if I don’t live in the area yet?
A. We specialize in assisting our out of town homeowners in the coordination of their home building process. We understand the needs of long distance communication. We will do everything possible to help ease the challenges of long distance building.

Q. What is the payment procedure?
A. It really depends upon the individual project. Plans alone are paid for in two steps; the preliminary step requires a down payment and the final payment is due when the plans are finalized. Building projects require earnest money down at the time the contract is signed. Payments are then made based upon this contract. Your Classic Home Building & Design sales professional will help you in determining this process.
